We collect nonpublic information about you that is provided by you or obtained by us to provide investment/ retirement/ insurance/ personal financial planning services to you. The personal information includes details such as name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, tax returns and other demographic information like age, gender and annual income.

Financial History questionnaires, Contact us forms, Client interviews, Tax Return forms, Insurance / Mutual Fund purchase forms.

To provide retirement/ insurance and risk management/ investment/ and financial planning services we receive information from you to complete your financial/investment plan. This information is collected from you in written form, by phone, online, by mail and in personal interviews and consultations conducted by us, as well as by information we collect from others with your authorization.

Parties to whom we disclose information:

Nonpublic information about you and our former clients may only be disclosed to affiliated and nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law as follows:

  1. Responding and complying with a validly issued and enforced subpoena or summons.

  2. Providing information to affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties who perform services or functions for us pursuant to a contractual agreement that prohibits the third party or affiliate from disclosing or using the information other than for the purpose for which the information was disclosed: for example, using an outside agency/ tax consultant to process client’s tax returns or using an independent technology services firm to manage client’s records.

  3. Participating in actual or threatened legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution proceedings either initiated by us or against us, provided we disclose only the information necessary to file, pursue or defend against the lawsuit and take reasonable precautions to ensure that the information disclosed does not become a matter of public record.

Security takes precautions to protect its members’ personal information. We use industry-standard on-line security measures, such as encryption and authentication, to protect your on-line details. Please note, however, that no transmission over the Internet can be 100% secure.

We restrict access to your nonpublic information only to those employees and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by our Employee Code of Conduct, our Code of Professional Conduct and nondisclosure agreements where applicable. We maintain adequate safeguards both physical and electronic to guard your nonpublic information.
